"Stars and Stripes Concert in Santa Clarita

The Santa Clarita Concert Band celebrates America's 250th birthday with a Patriotic concert with a weekend of music serenading the San Fernando Valley. Saturday's performance was at the Freedom Way Baptist Church in Castaic, Calif. The band is led by conductor Tim Durant and performs several times a year all throughout the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys.

Listen below to Saturday night's selection of songs celebrating America including The Stars and Stripes, the Armed forces medley and musical selections from both "the texan" and "Oklahoma!".

Sunday's performance will be Sunday June 28th at 6 pm at Bridge Bible Fellowship in Reseda, Calif.
