The Crawleys are back in their grand finale. As the family mourns the loss of their beloved grandmama, the matriarch of the family another familiar decision comes up, who will be the rightful successor. Lady Mary on the eve of her own divorce is just trying to recover from the shame associated with it.  At the same time, the family is faced with a financial decision that might just end Grantham once and for all. All in all it’s an epic conclusion to a 15 year story of the life of the Crawley's at Downton Abbey that will have true fans chocking up from the beginning to the end.  Without giving too much away, those that know how the story started will fimd homage in how things turn out in particularly for Lady Mary in particular.

The film brings back the original cast including a fitting tribute to the late Maggie Smith who passed away last year and was a key character as the duchess of the estate. Additionally the cast includes Hugh Bonneville as Robert Crawley, Matthew Goode as Henry Talbot, Michelle Dockery as Lady Mary, Dan Stevens as Matthew Crawley, Lily James as Lady Rose and Paul Giamatti as Uncle Harold to name a few. All in all, it's a fitting end to a British drama that started in 2010 and has held the heart of those who love watching what is virtually a British soap Opera. It ultimately contains all the romance, scandal and drama that the series is known for.

The Grand Finale came out in theaters September 12th and is currently playing in one near you. See it for a fun relaxing night at the theaters where anything could happen.
