Fox's First family of Superheroes is making its "Disney debut", nearly 20 years after the original motion picture. It's bringing people back to it's roots from the iconic 60's cartoon in a few different ways including a classic clip at the very end of the original cartoon as well as the entire film being set in the 60's.

In this new rendition, Fantastic Four: First Steps centers around the concept of what it means to be a family while facing the responsibility of protecting the world. When Sue Storm and Reed Richard announce their pregnancy, things shift into getting ready for that arrival. Of course, things are shaken when the Silver Surfer comes in with a warning from Galactus. Now it's up to the first family to protect their family while trying to ensure the world's safety even when the world turns on them.

All in all at just under 2 hour run time, First Steps will have you intrigued to see the next branch of the Marvel Universe, especially given the second end scene which further teases the future of the Marvel Universe.

The cast includes Eddington's Pedro Pascal and Mission Impossible's Vanessa Kirby, both who match up to the original Mr. Fantastic and Storm. One can definitely tell they studied their predecessors performance in order to match them both physically as well as character wise. Addtionally, the film stars Joseph Quinn and Ebon Moss- Bachrach as the second half of the family.

Finally, the film wouldn't be complete with out Guardian's Ralph Ineson and Julia Garner who do an exceptional job as the villains.

Fantastic Four: First Steps came out in theaters July 25th and is currently playing in one near you.
