It’s a torturous thing to seek revenge by way of a dead man’s wire around the neck of the man allegedly responsible while hoping that the shotgun doesn’t go off. One wrong move and you’re dead.
Based on the true story of the event that had the nation in suspense in Indiana in 1977, Dead Man’s Wire will have you in suspense while routing for your common civilian who takes it upon himself to seek revenge over cooperate America.
The actors chosen to portray the realistic events did a phenomenal job. That includes It’s Bill Skarsgard, Power Rangers Dacre Montgomery, Final Reckoning’s Cary Elwes, Running Man's Coleman Domingo and House of Gucci’s Al Pacino.
All in all Dead Man’s Wire is a very realistic story. It contains moments that will have you on the edge of your seats especially when explosions go off, it will make you wonder will everyone survive. Of course those who know the news will inevitably know the answer as the director uses stock footage to supplement real actions taking place on the screen.
