Colleen Hoover's latest best selling novel makes its theatrical debut and will show audiences new meaning to first love, grief and betrayal. When Clara's whole world is shattered by the sudden death of her father and aunt, all that is left to do is try to pick up the pieces and move on. That of course is easier said than done between her over protective mom who seeks to hold on to her daughter even while pushing her closer to the exact boy that her mom fears. Then there is the long buried secret of her Uncle's flirtation with her mom that will ultimately leave her even more scarred as she inevitably learns the fatal truth of her father's and Aunt's tragiv secret that lead to their death.

Regretting You is a powerful story that will have audiences clinging to their seats and the acting spectacularly captures that emotion. The film stars Ghostbusters: Afterlife's McKenna Grace who has definitely grown up in her acting as she tackles her first romantic drama. She is paired with How to train Your Dragon's Mason Thames who helps her explore that venture in as it is somewhat of new territory for him as well. Both young actors ultimately complements each other in ways that seems as if they were made for these roles.

The film also stars Megan's Allison Willams who grows even more in her role as like in previous roles, she embraces that of mother to rebellious teenage daughter while still keeping the heart of the greif process in view for both. Finally Dave Franco, Scott Eastwood, Willa Fitzgerald and Clancy Brown round out the cast as they provide suspense and even a bit of comedy to lighten the mood for a very sensitive subject. The film even gives a gentle nod to AMC Theaters itself as crucial scenes take place in that very location.

All in all, Regretting you, which came out October 24 is a film for anyone who has ever dealt with love, grief and betrayal as it will be comforting to those people as they remember to keep leaving and of above else don't live with regret.
