"They Will Kill You" REVIEW

In an attempt to save her sister, Asia gets trapped into a satanic cult where they feed on human sacrifices for immortality. The question is who is the trade off for who will live and who will die. In summary, they will kill you but only if you don’t kill the first. 

The bloody horror film gives Ready or Not 2 a run for its money with similarities that will have horror fans trying to analyze as they watch with suspense. 

The film stars Zezie Beetz who ultimately knows how to kick butt (just as she did in her pervious film Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die) as she goes up against the most gruesome of creatures including the devil himself (portrayed by a swine, as taken from biblical reference of demons being cast into). 

Additionally the film stars Harry Potter’s Tom Felton, Austin Power’s Heather Graham, and Medium’s Patricia Arquette, all of whom do a great job of portraying a welcoming, satanic cult that seems appealing until one knows what is really happening. Finally the film would be complete with out the sister that Beetz is attempting to rescue, Dead Man’s Wire’s Myha’la does a great job of portraying a girl who ends up making an addition self sacrificing decision that will have major consequences. 

All in all, I Will Kill You is a film, ultimately not for the weak stomach. There are lots of explosion of blood and near full decapitations that will cause audiences to hold their stomachs. Though the story is strong enough to hold their attention and cause you to want to know what is really happening as one roots for th survival of the two sisters. Will they make it out or Will they kill them after all?

At an hour 34 minutes run time, I Will Kill You came out in theaters March 24th and is currently showing in one near you.  See it if you dare.
